At Print Spot, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please review our return and replacement policy for full details.

Returns and Replacements

  • Eligibility: We accept returns only for damaged or defective products. If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a replacement.

  • Condition for Returns: Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, unaltered condition. We will inspect the item upon return. If we find that the error was on our side, we will provide a refund. If not, a replacement will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-Made Products: Items that have been customized or personalized for you are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Printed Materials: Due to the nature of our print-on-demand services, returns are not accepted for printed items unless the product is defective or damaged, or an error was made on our part.

No Refunds - Replacements Only

  • Free Design Service: We offer a free design service as part of our commitment to delivering value. Once artwork has begun, no refunds will be issued. We will only offer replacements if the product is defective or damaged.

No Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, no cancellations will be accepted. This includes cancellations after the order has been processed or artwork has started. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can email us at return@cponline.co.za or call 081 79 365 80, including your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or defective product.

  2. Return Approval: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RA) and further instructions.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  4. Replacement Processing: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, a replacement will be sent to you. If we find that the error was on our side, we will provide a refund. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If your product is damaged or defective, and you prefer an exchange, we will process a replacement once the return is approved.
